I think it does not pass. There were quite a few people I talked to in both camps but the ones who were possible yea voters didn't have any motivation to vote. The strongest opinions were in the no camp so I'm guess very few of them didn't vote. I just hope over 50% turned up for this.

Hard to say because TSA is privately held and publishes no information. But as CBreezy said the rumor was 4 years, with a promise of more airplanes if these could be crewed.
