You guys are losing crew members faster than you can replace them.. I heard that 5 or 6 CQFOs put their notice in this week... What's going on, why would these guys be leaving? Will you have any competent pilots by the end of the year??

Could they be going to the majors or cargo? I'm sorry you feel jealous of them moving up in the world. You shouldn't have gone to gojets, maybe you could have been there by now.
