I said it will be mediocre gains.
You on the other hand listed specifics and I know you have no access to the documents.
Take your drama elsewhere

The specifics came from the MEC chairman who has read the documents.
You are the one creating the drama here.

Once again you are judging a document without even reading it. Every agreement negotiated since Stamper came here has been very good for the pilots, however I am going to reserve any positive or negative comments until I actually read the agreement for myself.

MEC passed the TA and will begin distributing information. TIFWIW but Ox said the TA addresses many of the concerns of the pilot group. Like I said earlier, the devil is always in the details, so we will see how good the agreement is. But everything I have heard on both the company and the union side FROM THOSE THAT HAVE SEEN IT has been very positive.
Also they are working on the block discrepancy issues, but the problem is a vendor issue with SABRE. Raleigh base in limbo as the company is still trying to work out space with the airport. ALPA has proposed a MOU on pay discrepancies and they are working on it.
MEC vote was unanimous....

Reserve
I gotta speak up. I was on reserve all of 1 1/2 month (2 weeks after IOE + 1 mo). I had NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. I commuted to STL and requested to fly every day, and they flew my a$$ off. Credited like 90+ hours. Got juniored once, making a 4 day into 5. Guess if that happened every month it would be less than idea, but skeds worked w/ me to mod their assigned trips when I pointed out that they could shuffle stuff out of open time onto my trip to increase their RES coverage (and increase my flying). Reserve is never gonna be line holding, but "next level of hell"? Not in my experience.
