It's interesting that it falls at the same time as RAH is pushing. I bet company is pushing to pass a mediocre/less impressive extension before RAH votes their contract down.

Retention bonus, improvements to 401K and health insurance, pay rate increases, and per diem increase. Details will come out after MEC votes tomorrow. LOA to extend current contract 3 years.

All points that the company desperately needs improved to get any pilots on property. None of these will be big.. 1st year pay will see a bump just to get warm bodies in the door. The rest is mediocre.

The real issue will be PBS, a section that is not included in this extension. We need QOL and work rules.
