You, Breezy, and Mav should take a break man. You know this Forum is a time suck. At the risk of being told to return to a coloring book or something it just comes across as.......just Sad. I have yet to run across this kind of stuff on the line at Trans States so I don't understand it coming out on here. I get that maybe it's just to satisfy some kind of boredom and get a rise out of people and if that's your intention then it's probably working. But the absolute dedication to pretty much defend anything this company does is just weird. If people complain then maybe they are "whining" but maybe they have pretty legitimate gripes...at least occasionally? not everyone who has a problem is an "idiot" or whatever insult you guys want to use. It's true the regionals suck a lot and maybe it's also true that Trans States is not the worst. I'll give you that. KS from what i can tell is making the best of what he can control. But he doesn't have the staffing or the resources given to him to do his job. But to say this place is great is like saying Wal-Mart sells quality Sh#@$T. It's just not true. Some regionals are better and in my case i feel the company i came from was better. That's just how i feel about it. It's not wrong or right. But a lot of people came here to pursue an opportunity and for some it's been great and for some it's been a disaster. But that's how these things go. The frustrations I have had have been large since I came here and there were times that i really regretted my decision. But in the end I own my decision and am coming around to the idea that this place just might work out for me. Certainly I never would have seen the left seat where I came from. But can we take a moment to come back to a place where we don't make this place look like an a$$ clown circle jerk? Seriously........

Well for starters each of the three of us have bit*hed about a few things at this place. Scheduling, maintenance, some management decisions, etc. You can go back through all of our posts and find those points where we agreed with the lovely CQFO that the hotel stuff was BS. You can find where we agree that we shouldn't have to fill out a pay report. You can find where we've said that we dont get some of the major screwed up class sizes, and that we didn't plan for the amount of check airmen, bla bla bla. We all said all of that.

You forget it, because I think knobcrk and BBWsRule are retarded, and because it is just flat out fun to **** KyleMeyers off. It's so easy. If you look at some of their posts you can see where some of us come from. We all agree with you on some of the downsides of the company. See above, but I don't agree with KyleMeyers ripping on the Flight Attendants when he clearly has no understanding of his OR his/her job in the back. He has no idea how to stand up and be a real captain. That gets us riled up. Don't come on here and make this place out to be sh!t, because you act like a tool( not you specifically, but you get my point). Don't come on here and say Lido's are dangerous because you can't read them. And especially don't complain (Knobcrk, I believe) that you may have to ACTUALLY pick up the murther furking phone and calling your chief pilot or dispatcher every once in a while.

Holy sh!t can you believe that there's a job where you actually have to interact with your superiors? You mean, I may need to talk with my boss? I can't just be by myself. Why don't you go back and read your buddies **** and moan posts before you come after the rest of us who have been here for years on end.
