When I was in training a few months back, Ox spoke to our class and practically lemented the fact that ten were in the contract to go to TSA. Said that we were in contract negotiations and that they may or may not be in the new contract (though I've heard negotiations have been shelved for a year). And also said that the remaining MRJs will go to whatever certificate it will be the cheapest to place them at, or there is a possibility another certificate will be created to house them. He never said they wouldn't go to TSA, but strongly insinuated they would likely end up somewhere else

How long is the contract good for the existing and additional 145s?

Negotiations pushed back a year? Last I heard the, the MEC and Negotiating Committee were meeting this month to put together an action plan. Sounds like they are planning to start soon.

6 upgrades? Aren't 5 planes a month being delivered? Seems bad.

There's quite a clog in the training pipeline courtesy of our POI who refuses to approve more LCA.

A new certificate created to fly them the cheapest? That sounds familiar. At the end of the day, Ox is a scumbag. I also heard they were gonna shelve the contract for a year. They're gonna have to do something to attract new FO's to fly a 145...and not all of them can be captain. So why don't they make it a near industry leading contract? That would sure help. Insurance rates need to improve drastically. Trans States is gonna have to compete with other places that have flows and quick upgrades. CQFO's is not a long term answer.
