When I was in training a few months back, Ox spoke to our class and practically lemented the fact that ten were in the contract to go to TSA. Said that we were in contract negotiations and that they may or may not be in the new contract (though I've heard negotiations have been shelved for a year). And also said that the remaining MRJs will go to whatever certificate it will be the cheapest to place them at, or there is a possibility another certificate will be created to house them. He never said they wouldn't go to TSA, but strongly insinuated they would likely end up somewhere else
