And that TSA is only guaranteed to get 10. The other 20 could go many other places.

Yeah. I meant 40. Although the difference between 20 and 400 are irrelevant as the MRJ is still just a jet powered bus.

FWIW, management told us in training that the first 10 going to TSA in whatever agreement we had has expired and that there is no such language anymore. However, I would think that they understand that the 145s have a limited lifespan and need a replacement aircraft.

That's not true. LOAs don't expire. The MRJs have to come to TSA. It's in your contract. Look it up.
