Hey idiot. That CQFO has more time in EMB-145's than most all of the "real upgrades" do total time.

Sorry I just couldn't resist, it was way too easy. It's the first I've heard of a hail inspection in a long, long time here. So I'm curious how someone so experienced goes blasting into a hail storm. I know the radar isn't great, but it typically paints hail pretty well

It's also been said before that time ( amount of time ) and decision making don't often go hand in hand. Case in point.
