It's not the lack of a briefing strip that's getting people in trouble, it's the omitted information. Little things like crossing restrictions and speeds being omitted from arrival procedures.

I don't mind the LIDO format, but if the information is not accurate the program should be scrapped until it can be verified accurate.

I think one of them was the LINNG5 but that is without looking at it. Another problem is that the speed restrictions aren't bolded which is catching a lot of guys off guard.

I was doing recurrent the other week and I believe I saw two classes. The hallway was full of people. So I'm guessing there were two classes. Both sims were booked as well.

I know the April classes were very light which I think prompted the bonus for new hires. I think classes have started to get a few more people (not as many as I would like personally...)

I'm in a new hire class. Another one starts June 15th. Theres 2 new hire classes going on right now each with over 15 people in it. Theres also an upgrade class going on next to us and 3 flight attendant classes going on of over 20 each, the newest having just under 40.

You can plan on just over 60% of the FAs making it to the line.
