New here to the site and this forum. I'm getting ready to submit a couple applications and TSA is one I am giving serious consideration to given the positive growth and outlook at the company. I talked to a recruiter not too long ago and they mentioned a new contract with likely increase in pay. Are there any other benefits that are being proposed? When is it expected the new contract be released and voted on?

Probably none. With the MOU that came out, the entire first class of CQFO's and some of the second are bidding and being paid as full CA's now. I'm happy to have came here....as a CQFO.
