We all better hope we're not still working for TSH in 2020.

Still hasn't flown but at least it's a giant jet-powered bus now.
MRJ first flight delay not due to 'major trouble': Mitsubishi - 4/16/2015 - Flight Global

Speculation on TSH is that Compass and TSA would merge pilot groups, since they are the same union, and GJ would remain it's own group since Teamsters prob wouldn't play well with ALPA. The most recent contracts on the 145 are good for 7 years, so they will be operating those for a while. Any discussion on this would be flame bait.. so stand by
As far as the MRJ, still in the air, but aiming for 2017 still. There have been recent discussions over the MTOW of the MRJ 90 being too high to meet current scope (since scope is determined by MTOW as well as # of seats).

I can't read the future nor am I privy to internal corporate communications. I just feel that the unnecessary overhead to operate 3 separate certificates and pilot groups will eventually get the best of TSH. Logically, it would be the ALPA groups but since when has Holdings done anything logical?

With the high demand for pilots placed on TSA this year, and the additional flying, will the TSA group be forced into flying more than they want to over the summer? I've heard rumors of vacations being canceled and pilots expected to fly the max.. Any truth?
