Even though a third of the company has used them before. An online quick guide trainer should be plenty to figure it out. The LmS course we have is just fine.

It was less than 2 weeks for the last half of the year before any growth was announced. They've moved people through pretty quick until it's gotten a little bottlenecked now as they have a ton of new hires. As the need more people (which they will for sure in May), it will drastically speed up. The number of LCA is increasing which will help. With 5-7 additional airplanes coming online in May, things will be picking up fast.

No kidding, if you can't figure it out without any training on your own you probably shouldn't fly a plane. It isn't rocket science.

Which is why our POI doesn't fly anymore.

I thought the same thing too at first, but it was actually pretty informative. I never did a flaps 18 V1 cut before. Also, I had to demonstrate proficiency at doing a Flaps 18 V1 cut at Gunnison with a complex special departure during summer at max takeoff weight. It was a good experience.

I wonder if this POI will require special training to use any headsets that aren't H10-60s.

I left TSA before the XRs started arriving. Besides the flaps 18 takeoff, what are some of the other differences between the LR and XR?

The flaps 18 setting isn't specific to the 145XR

When I was at TransStates, all the 145s...EP and LR...had the flaps 18 setting blocked so it couldn't be used. I'm just curious what other differences there are.
