I could totally see this going on over there.
Really junior looking at the standing bids. Speaking of which if we upgrade 20/month, which is what I heard we will be doing starting in June, the most junior captain by July will be a 12 month upgrade. It should be down to the CQFO's by August already.

Welp....
It's been a month to the day that I finished my checkride. I've flown one trip on IOE for a total of 11 hours and don't have XR training scheduled until next month. There just aren't enough check airmen out there. I'm a CQFO but I've heard FO's are having the same issues getting IOE scheduled.

they actually make you do a difference training for the XR? thats pathetic theres nothing different flying an XR vs. an LR
