I don't think anyone is disagreeing with you on how recruiters work all across our industry and other industries nation wide. We disagree with how you have handled it, and how you then come on here and spew garbage like it's going to do something.

its not garbage if it was true man, I know what I was told and what I experienced when I got there. Maybe they've changed, can't speak to that. Funny thing is, I'm not even mad at TSA. Now it's guys like you that want to act like these companies don't do this crap and try to say I'm lying or incompetent or something.
Disagree with me all you want but if you attack my competency as a pilot or employee, I'll probably have something to say about it.
Yes going back I would've quit much earlier, and no I don't advocate getting fired.

The MOU that addresses (or is at least supposed to address) the issues CQFO's have been having is rumored to be released today.

When I first started at TSA, I was told that I would be on reserve for 1-2 months (because at that time when I interviewed, things were moving at that speed). After i finished training I was on reserve for 12 Months. No recruiter can tell the future. They can only go by what is happening currently. During my 12 months of reserve I was flying my butt off. Crediting less than 90 hours a month never happened unless you didn't volunteer to fly. I guess I should be upset and up in arms because I was told I would be on reserve for 1-2 months??? No! This is the industry i'm in and things like this would be expected. It could have gone either way. Now that movement with new A/C arriving people on property are going to see rapid movements. I know one person that went from most junior in base one month to holding a line the next (April-May). Im happy to be here at TSA. The people I work with everyday are a great group of people (pilots/FA).

That's what we've been trying to tell this guy.

Recruiters told me the MRJ would be here by now. They lied. Since they didn't keep their word, the SOPs no longer apply to me.

You seem to have reading comprehension issues, so I'll try to make it as clear for you as I can. I have never said, nor has anyone else made any reference to what a recruiter said vs reserve times, upgrade times, or any other QOL issues that obviously change weekly. I am very familiar with how this industry works, but what we are upset about is how we have (or haven't been) compensated. How we were told we would be compensated and how we have been compensated are two separate things, that is MOU is supposed to address.

Do you understand? Or do I need to explain to you in even more elementary terms.

Is it irony that you accuse someone of not being able to understand what you read when you, yourself, didn't read the last 5 pages?

This hasn't been about you and CQFOs for awhile now. I'm not surprised though.
