I think a great deal of the Gojet cancelations are do to the -700 that had a gear up in ORD being out of service. Also, 2-3 united birds are in heavy checks.

Sure it has nothing to do with staffing. Gojet is a mess and is imploding. We had to cover more of their flights again today.

Big difference. It's not about the 145. It's about overcoming SJSand taking a terrible contract with poor work rules and no cancelation pay.
