COO came in to talk to our class last week. He said he staffs at 5 crews per aircraft. April 2016 we will have 81 aircraft on property. Current pilot group is 470ish. We have an attrition of roughly 5 per month.
Quick Math shows that almost everyone on property today should be a true captain by next April. Anyone hired into new classes should be banking on attrition to upgrade, but it should come quick.

If I understand correctly, PSA has been running full classes for well over a year, and were only able to increase there staffing by less than 300.
They at least have a trickle through with USair.
You need FO's for all those new captains.

Did he give you any indication of where these new pilots will come from?

I guess the real answer is "Other airlines, commercial pilots and instructors, and people making career changes to get back into flying"
If guessing on the volume of any of those. CQFO's will come from other airlines, and FO's will come from the commercial pilot / and folks getting back in.
