I answered your questions several times. You asked why I was calling you kids: believe me it has less to do with your age than the way you are proving immaturity. I did not namecall. I even ignored it for a while. After a while, I thought I would join in. It is entertaining to see how offended you "kids" are.

In the beginning I stated my opinion. I was called names by most of your TSA brethren. I then pointed out obvious lies. I was then somehow called a liar. Now somehow I am senile too? I assure you my wit is intact. If your young "intuition" and ego(Freud would argue a fragile ego like this has more to do with a small, well you know I am sure) need to further contort things, by all means have at it.

Bottom line:
1) Someone has come forward on here and offered up that he was offered a CQFO INTERVIEW, but when he showed up he was bait and switched even though they knew his qualifications before arriving. Classic car salesman tactics. I can back that up with personal knowledge as well.
2) I still don't believe your experiment is going to work. I have timelessly explained the math and logic behind my OPINION, only to get called names as retort rather than someone actually have an adult conversation. It really is simple math though: if you are growing, you are doing so in both seats: you need to convince just as many people to sit in the right seat as the left. There are many right seat options out there. I would argue many BETTER ones(opinion of course). Therefore, given the history of airline recruiting in times like this(in 20+ years I have been around for many), the only way one can get someone into the right seat of worse off deal, is to "embellish" or dare I say again "dupe". If I am wrong, fantastic! However, I won't in good conscience recommend your program to any FO I know, or any CFI I mentor.
Smart and Lucky I would say. I researched regionals for a few years before making the leap. Making a "smart" choice in the airline industry still needs luck for it to pan out. I made an educated decision on what I thought would be a place that had positioned itself for growth. I got lucky, and it turns out I was right..so far. See how I've said so far in nearly all of those posts/predictions whatever. I know it can change overnight, and I'm not going to sit on here and gloat about it. As of right now..today..it looks like it was the right choice. The only other regional in the industry that may have offered me a better QOL had I taken a job at the exact same time would have been Compass. That's not the case anymore.

Time will tell if you are truly indeed correct. My personal opinion is we can do it. Pilots want upgrades and movement… We offer a hell of a lot of both.

I personally don't remember reading a "bait and switch" on here, but then again I'm not on here everyday anymore. All this garbage does is **** me off, and I have better things to do with my time…most days and today is obviously not one of them. If what you claim is indeed true, I can tell you..knowing the head recruiter… that it wasn't done on purpose. This company is in full on rage mode trying to get things ready, and I would not be surprised if someone mis read something or something slipped between the cracks. The fact that it has only happened once supports that.

There have been numerous new hires on here in the first few classes that will be hitting the line soon. So far, everything the recruiters "promised" them has been true. They haven't lied to these guys in training. I know this, because some of these guys are my friends and have kept me informed on their training.

That was a calm, rational, logical, and adult reply. I respect that and your opinion. No idea why it has to come down to kiddy city stuff some times. We are all entitled to our opinions and they won't always be in line.

That's all I ask. Even in my post last night… while my temper was elevated… I didn't attack you personally. I simply challenged, essentially all of your points.

Embrace debate, it makes the country go round, but things need to be based on factual evidence and not just rambling opinions.

I can agree that some TSA guys on here get out of hand at times.. myself included, but in our defense it gets old being called scum, a scam, undercutting, etc.

I can't wrap my head around the fact that we are getting absolutely blasted, while Compass undercut you guys as well and everything on that forum is, and has been, just rosy. All I ask is, if people are going to continually rip on this company then go over to the Compass forum and do the same thing. We are all run by the same upper level management and owned by the same guy that has been known for some ruthless business tactics.

That being said, it cannot be denied that the management at TSA itself has greatly taken a turn, and has made the QOL for it's employees better over the last few years.

Cause people like to put people down, when they have something good going for them. We are a close knit company and we all have a good time flying. But one positive growth in the last 7 years and we are getting blasted by other people.

PilotCrusader you sir are a real piece of work!

I personally know a non current 121 pilot who made the CQFO cut. He was out of 121 for 7 month prior and was flying PIC part 91 in a turbo jet.

Guys coming onto this site for factual information be very very aware that there is a grain of truth to most things. However, this muttering PilotCrusader has no truth or facts just anger and bitterness.

I know you will have an amazing rebuttal and I really will not feed you further. I would recommend others do the same

Hey guys on another note do you all know what your attrition data was last month? XJT ( LASA and LXJT) lost 146 guys and gals. 21 were to other regionals( I figured most went to your CFQP program). So we lost basically 125 to the majors and charter. I am just wanting to see what other regional numbers look like. Eagle guys can chime in to on their attrition if they have it.

The problem is our company and union prefers to keep its pilots in the dark about this subject. Giant crock of poo and not in the interest of positive employee relations if you ask me.

Are you the king of this thread? I looked back and think I found the question and it didn't appear to be directed at you. To the OP I sent you a PM with the info.

What? He asked a general question. I gave him a truthful answer. Go back 100 pages when guys were asking questions about the CQFO program. I was ONE of the people on here answering truthfully. I never said I was king.. I said people have asked questions, and I've given my answer.

Perhaps a class in reading comprehension?
