After 180 days, you have to be put into an upgrade class as long as there is a CQFO on the list.

You can get this by reading the contract or contacting your union representative instead of throwing a fit in a message board.

I don't know if it's slowing down upgrades. There are some odd 50 Captains in training?
Lol pump the brakes no one is throwing a fit. Just trying to figure out confusing contract language and not miss out on free easy $$$.

My bad. It was a long TSA day. You'll get paid 60 days after your bid is published. The union is keeping track that this is being watched.

Are we really getting the xr this month? I don't want to do the training and fly to stl just to do flaps 18 takeoff.

Dude I don't know and don't care because it doesn't really apply to me. It is what I have been told by union reps in the know. I'm too busy getting laid and living life to care about this. Amazed you are so worried about it and it isn't even your contract. Get. a. life.

Approx number of active or potentially active pilots: 350
Number of CAPTAINS required to staff 80 airplanes: 440 (non-training, non management)
Number of FOs with a Captain standing bid: <20

Do you really think they are gonna pull the rug out from under their feet?

If you work for us its all in the contract. Bypass pay, upgrade clause everything. If you don't and you are interested in CQFO just contact recruiting and we can answer all questions.

No one is getting screwed. The contract protects everyone. I think he is aggrevated that haters keep trying to poke holes in what is a great opportunity that we have explained maybe 50 times on this thread.

Also, you don't have the best rep in this thread.

No one has answered the question. Is the protection in your contract? Just because your rep said something does not mean squat..
