Awwww, no idea there was an official term for that. I haven't encountered many of them except the occasional 45+ captains who are so worn out from home life that they just want to pass out.

I have my old RAH uniform, is that the same uniform as TSA? If so I can save some money on the jacket by just adding a stripe.

The uniforms are from Crew Outfitters (not sure who Republic uses) but I had old Colgan stuff that didn't match well enough to skip a few items. The color was just different enough to notice as was the material.

I would suggest that my fellow TSA pilots chill the f out and welcome our new compadres with the respect they deserve and the fellowship that has always been the norm in the cockpit for me here at TSA. I like our pilot group. I think they are generally an awesome group of folks and one of the things I like most about this airline hands down - save for a few special outliers. We can't grow without these new CQFO's and I'm sure they can really use our support learning the nuances of our crazy little airline. If we're going to triple in size without incidents that bring us more happy little gifts like the landing decision tree we need to lend a hand and offer support. I want to continue to fly in a relaxed and friendly cockpit environment with people I actually like, so lets not screw this up right at the start. Hey new guys/girls... Welcome to TSA, glad to have you.

How many hours are new hires averaging? Are you getting more than the guarantee? Also does Trans State pay cancellation.
Thanks in advance.
