'cause they don't want you using the "benefit". They'd rather you think its just too much trouble and stay off their already overcrowded airplanes. I'm honestly surprised they haven't tried to take nonrev benefits away from the uax carriers entirely.

With the price of oil at the $50.00 per barrel mark. I'd say quite a while longer yet.

Am I understanding this correctly? If so, it makes the Delta benefits heaps better.
Sort of. I work for UA, and commute to Guam, so I go through NRT all the time. I have found that international first class is actually much easier to get than domestic, because there are more seats, and those seats are more expensive. I don't get first all the time, but I get it at least half the time. Like any other travel, you need to be a bit flexible to stack the deck in your favor. The first class for us on international is not free, but it's worth the money for the comfort, food, and rest.

I can't speak for the rest of the benefits that TSA has these days, so I won't comment on the rest of them. But international first class has always been easier for me than domestic. It was true at Comair (on Delta) and it's true at UA.

Guam. I'd love it there. Tell HR to pull my app. Surfing Atlantic waves is getting old! Lol

Like I said before, Anki is a great study app. You can put it on your laptop, Android, or iPhone. They're all free except iPhone for whatever reason is $5 I think (for the app, not our database). Also, when studying on your phone, the cards are way better if you hold the phone sideways (landscape view).
Ill take a look. I use quizlet which is free on both the laptop and iPad. Similar flashcard system with different ways of testing yourself. If you make an account for quizlet...type in EMB-145 limitations/memory items and you'll find my set. I included a lot of stuff that wasn't boxed just to try and learn some additional information. Thanks again

Used Quizlet for my BSc. Checked out your flash cards, real nice, very thorough. Would recommend anyone from TSA to do the same. Thanks for the accommodation.

You guys can also buy Microsoft flight sim and buy the erj145 payware to help study. I used it to practice my memory, limitations, flows, and call outs. Just a suggestion.

If only I had enough space on my laptop. Good suggestion though! What do you think thoughts would be on using a GoPro in the simulator sessions during training? Thought about this the other day as a way to get some additional practice with callouts and flows while critiquing myself.
