This is an unacceptable message. Especially when I am trying to cover more flying. Granted, I might try trade a POS 4-day+1 day for an efficient 4-day and gain a day off, but I am also covering more flying in that efficient 4-day. You're lack of reserve coverage is a problem and SOME schedulers lack of common sense is infuriating.

Where in the world are you finding that message? We have almost 100% reserve coverage this month... At least out in IAD...

It does make sense however, because they'd have to burn a reserve for your extra day off. Your crappy 4 day still has to be flown by someone else, then another person as well.
Try again tomorrow or the next day. Reserve coverage changes day by day. They may be at 16% today, then someone picks something up, and now it's 19%
