Yea I haven't seen our performance numbers, so I'm not real sure where we rank in terms of that. It does, however, seem logical that United would give the aircraft to someone else if we are not getting the job done. I am as happy as anyone that our company is growing and becoming a place where people want to come work. I was just stating what I heard from a very reliable source who is also a great friend. Performance and staffing were going to be factors for us. I'd like to think we'll accomplish both without much of a problem.

I would agree. They gotta keep the folks over there somehow. No matter how they try and spin it the planes are coming here. Unless, there is some major unforeseen disaster, due to staffing, they aren't going back.

Fancy new website @ transstates.net
Question: is that monthly bonus incentive only for line holders? I'm on reserve and I have not seen any bonus added to a check......

Do CQFO have a different pay rate depending on which seat they are flying or is it the same either seat. What is the pay rate for CQFO? What is the junior base? What is current upgrade time aside from CQFO?
Thanks,

CQFO's get paid a blended rate (average of the Captain and DO rates) in the right seat, and captain rates in the left. Junior base seems to be IAD at the moment, and if I'm not mistaken the most junior upgrade went to an 01/14 hire but I could be wrong on that. It'll change drastically with the amount of movement coming up.
