Crazy to think that there are a lot of regional FOs not jumping at this. Even some of my buddies are going through denial and I'm trying to shake them out of it. Guess all I can say in the end is I told you so. Be proactive people not reactive!

Gojet currently offering $8k according to their website.
If you had a choice between them, is the bonus worth it or is the bonus flying TSA should be getting more valuable?
Two words. Cancellation Pay. Come January when flights cancel Gojet guys are crying cause they end up with guarantee. Last January I had 120 hours of credit on 62 hours of block due to cancellations. I'd say cancellation pay is worth an extra 8 grand of pay PER YEAR easily....

At least! I remember maybe blocking 65-70 hours/month January through March last year, and I consistently credited over 100 hours. When that sh!t storm rolls through right before you fly 25-30 hours in 6 days, and the entire thing gets cancelled, cancellation pay is muy bueńo.

Its funny how you think Hulas runs this show. You know management does have a lot to do with an airline. We are lucky we have some good management.

Default junior bases

What is the TSA base out of training?
How quick to get the base you choose?

Also, are you CASS approved during training?

CASS within 2 weeks. Pretty much should get what base you want. If not within a month or two. My guess is ORD my start to get senior as all other bases are growing and it is staying the same.

Last 2 classes have gotten IAD, and we're in CASS and able to jumpseat home at the end of week 1. With the growth coming, you'll ne up where you want to be pretty quick. I'd hazard a guess of within a couple months of training, if not before you hit the line when airframes start showing up and DEN officially opens.
