absolutely nothing in my post is incorrect.
I did leave out details of the DEN base because it's obvious it will go senior initially and then go fairly junior. Yes they will TDY pilots out there (that's direct from the chief pilots mouth)
There are only 34 qualified FOs on property....the rest of the 150 FOs don't have the time....
they will upgrade those by spring...I won't be done with IOE till ends of Feb (based on any delayes)
THE WORST PART OF THE CQFO PROGRAM.
you get paid first year FO rate at 60/month till you're done with IOE ....that will deter some people

With how much guys will be flying I think you'll see the numbers of those that are qualified increase in the first quarter of 2016. Don't be surprised or discouraged if your outright upgrade gets pushed back 6 months.

Pilottim79 doesn't have a clue what is going on at XJT ( now he does know what is going on at TSA and that is all.) XJT just hired 4 full time recruiters ( basically they pulled four pilots offline and our paying them an over ride to do this.) We would not being doing this to just wanted to keep up with attrition. We have lost 743 pilots this last year. Now 50 of them did go to other Regionals to chase the shinny jet. So basically that is a net of 690 to the Majors and corporate jobs. Out of these we have lost 417 FOs. Take out the 50 and that is 367 FOs to Majors or Corporate jobs. I am not going to tell anyone where to go, but as far as any on furloughing that will not happen at XJT. Also we just hired a new COO, Alex Alexandria, google her and look where she worked before she came here. She has ties to the Majors especially United. If you have questions about TSA Pilottim79 is your man, but if you have any other questions about other regionals he is out of the loop. Also XJT just opened up hiring for Check Airman. We would not need these if were going to furlough or shut down ( it cost money to train Check Airman.) By the way we have already started parking Aircraft. We need to be right sized to keep up with attrition. I also predict we will loss over 800 to 900 guys next year to attrition.

What will happen at Envoy if they vote no? That's not happening Will Endeavour shutdown? they wouldn't be throwing money at the problem if shutting it down was the goal
Look, it is less than likely that all this new flying is announced at certain regionals and other regionals stay the same size and don't lose flying. Scope clauses are pretty much tapped out and if someone gains someone else must lose out. Scope is not tapped out for all majors

Edit: And I just noticed you're in recruiting. That leaves one of two scenarios.
1. You're blissfully unaware of the industry around you.
2. You're happily spreading management drivel.

So, did Skywest announce all the 145s going away by 12/31/17 or no? I mean I saw that posted here on this website. I admittedly don't know if that is accurate or not.

This isn't your daddy's TSA. I know a lot of people want to rag on this place, but the overwhelming positivity from the company's own pilots even prior to the massive growth announcements should tell you all that you need to know.
You haven't seen any of us on here saying stay away, stay away. The fact is we have an awesome pilot group, and upper management has really turned this place around. It takes a long time to turn around a big boat, but speak to any of the old guys here and they will attest to the positive changes.

No they did not announce that they are going away. We actually renegotiated our CPA with United. Basically we shed our losing money CPA for this one. Now you are right that it is only a 3 year CPA, but it also has the options for extensions along the way. Our COO said they expect us to be making money by 2016. Also I was told by one of our reps the other day ( who is a lifer at XJT) that he is no longer worried about XJT future. He said that he is expecting another announcement by summer due to the fact their our some carriers having issues staffing planes. I don't mind you posting how great TSA is going to be because I do believe that TSA is competing for pilots that want a quick upgrade. The other players are PSA, Piedmont, Compass and Gojets, and i think you guys will win with the CQFO program. There is a pilot shortage right now at the Regionals ( don't know if you just saw Delta announcement Delta Air To Halt Three Nonstop Flights - FOX13 News, WHBQ FOX 13). I can tell you this industry is going through big changes and Pilots are a commodity right now. ( By the way I did give you props in my post as being the Man that knows what is going on at TSA.)

Hope you guys are doing your pay reviews/discrepancies every month. I've collected over a thousand in unpaid reroutes/cancels this year. I spend probably close to an hour filling out the pay review form each month. Hate to say it but - people are wondering out loud if this is intentional by payroll (I know plenty of pilots who don't even don't even know what a pay review is). Its my only real grievance with this company. Its brought up in every union meeting and nothing has been done.
Sabre sucks. Crewtrac sucks more.
