absolutely nothing in my post is incorrect.
I did leave out details of the DEN base because it's obvious it will go senior initially and then go fairly junior. Yes they will TDY pilots out there (that's direct from the chief pilots mouth)
There are only 34 qualified FOs on property....the rest of the 150 FOs don't have the time....
they will upgrade those by spring...I won't be done with IOE till ends of Feb (based on any delayes)
THE WORST PART OF THE CQFO PROGRAM.
you get paid first year FO rate at 60/month till you're done with IOE ....that will deter some people

Plan is here. May lack detail that you can ask regarding "timeframes" for upgrades, reserve time, and bases...but talks about the program some.

Cool info - Additionally there's a PDF on the Transstates.net website regarding CQFO's...there's another program and pdf that was listed here (couldn't find it on the site) but it is a delayed CQFO program for those who don't quite meet CQFO mins. It was a bit odd, but wouldn't doubt if it's phase 2 of the hiring plan.

As for "NEEDING" CQFOs. Try to be a little grateful of the opportunity Trans States is offering. We could just lower our upgrade mins and just hire FOs, but we have chosen not to do that and give qualified pilots this great opportunity.
I don't think we "need" anyone as I am sure we will have plenty of applicants when some other Regionals begin to furlough next year.

We really don't need cqfo till after spring with the amount of FO we are hiring/upgrading right now. We are not receiving all the planes at once and our ioe takes awhile. After I finished my checkride I was on ioe in three days. Some guys waited two months to finish their ioe cause we were backlogged.

I was hired with 1500 and its taken me a year to get 800 hours. So I'll agree with you on that

I help with recruiting and am unaware of a "delayed" CQFO program. Honestly it wouldn't make much sense either as just come over as a FO and get full upgrade when you get the time. I mean our upgrade will be so quick anyways.

Hope you guys are doing your pay reviews/discrepancies every month. I've collected over a thousand in unpaid reroutes/cancels this year. I spend probably close to an hour filling out the pay review form each month. Hate to say it but - people are wondering out loud if this is intentional by payroll (I know plenty of pilots who don't even don't even know what a pay review is). Its my only real grievance with this company. Its brought up in every union meeting and nothing has been done.

Well, the company has requested we manually submit cancellation pay requests. Granted that is a pain and I don't like it, but the solution will come when PrefBid comes. When we get PrefBid it will all be automated. I think this is why the company doesn't more actively seek a short term solution.
