I honestly think CQFO well would never run dry. Just when the company decides to pull the plug is the question. I mean 200 pilots is the number right now, but that may not be in stone.

Guys, if you're at a place you don't like, why not make the change? No one else has this much growth in the works - growth means good times a'comin.
And to answer the other question about the interview. There were no surprises, no trick questions, no traps. Great group of interviewers, I'm all in with this bunch. One of the interviewers even drove 3 of us to the airport when the taxi didn't show up in time, very nice of them to do.
On a side note, I just joined this forum (for the second time, first time was years ago), and I had forgotten how many second-guessers there are out there. Just do it! You have just a few months to decide because I'm certain the program is going to fill up quick. I got in the second class because I want a good seniority number! Get on it man, stop contemplating!

Yea, i was offered the job this week as well. Im probably 80/20 right now in favor of taking the job. Like I mentioned a few days ago, my only concern when all the CQFO's are hired is that the company will not find enough FO's to come over afterwards Right now thinking of taking the Jan 14th class.

Apples and oranges... Can TSA promise 1.5 years upgrade to a newly hired CFI? Does TSA flies anything bigger than 50 seat airplanes?
Everybody knows the contact at Mesa's contract sucks, people go there for the shinny jets and "fast" upgrade.
On the other hand,
It will take at least 2.5-3 years to upgrade (assuming 900 flight hours a year) at TSA for someone starting with 1500 Cessna hours.

Yes, interviewed 12/10, offered job with and accepted class date of 12/16 - contingent on background, drug test, etc.

Growth is great. Only, where are the pilots and planes coming from? Who's going to staff the new ones? Are there adequate entry-level aviators? I hope so. I think this shifting will not hold water too long.
