Which contradicts what's stated in the PDF put out by the company...stating that you're paid your first 3 months (training) at the FO rate, and then serve as an FO for 6 months. After those six months (and after passing a left seat PC) you're paid at the CQFO rate for 3 months and then you begin year two at CQFO pay.
But, i'm starting to wonder if the program in the pdf, advertised as the
"Professional Pilot Accelerated PIC Program" is different from the historic CQFO program which I assume they're referring to as the "Left Seat Direct Program" in the pamphlet.
Is there a pdf for the other program mentioned?

Its the first time I've seen that. I suppose it is possible to do that in the contract but it would increase the costs of their pilots sitting in the right seat. They also wouldn't be able to do that to avoid upgrading FOs to Captains as there is a time limit on how long they can bypass. So it seems like its a way to try to attract other regional FOs that don't quite have the time. Not sure if you would ever see the left seat with that setup.

I'm on the American side at ASA/XJT. American travel benefits suck. You have to pay by the leg and it's a pain just to list. Much better to just jumpseat. United and American are both pretty particular about only extending benefits to those who support that system. Delta benefits are better than both of the others.

BTW, I didn't find that link, it came from an earlier post. Maybe you can waste a few more moments of your time to explain why company letterhead is on something you say is completely inaccurate.

It looks like the "Professional Pilot Accelerated PIC Program" is stating that they are planning on allowing people to come in as regular FOs and become CQFOs after getting the requisite time. Not sure why because you would be able to hold a full captain bid once you hit the required hours.

So apparently size doesn't matter anymore now either? You have to factor in grooming, scent, angle, time of day, time of week, time of year? ****.
In all honesty **** off dude. We don't need you disgruntled ass holes anyway. If you, or your buddy, don't want to come here fine. We are getting applicants from all across the board and the planes aren't even here yet!
TSA pilots have posted the contract, and details of this growth to the ****ing T about 95 bagillion times. If you can't find the information on your own Tommy will come back there and hit you in the head with a tack hammer bc you are a RETARD.

When considering a "lateral transition (as) an intelligent career advancement opportunity", this is what you end up hitching your wagon to. Because, you know, they've posted all the relevant content you need to make your decision 95 bagillion times.

In the early 2000's (2003-2005)? Pinnacle 9e had similar growth and had to hire Street Captains. Those guys never saw the right seat. Maybe now a few have but 10 years in the left seat isn't bad. Just saying! And I'm sure most of them can go where they want to now.
