Just out of curiosity.
The PDF here shows what the CQFO pay rate is for years 1 and 2.
It also mentions the benefits of the hire rate, but doesn't mention anything about being paid at the CA rate. Is the pay guidance for CQFO's contained in the contract that specifically mentions the higher pay for flying as a CA?
Also noted that your first 9 months are paid at $24.92/Hr, so for year one you only pull 3 months of CQFO pay...and 12 months of CQFO pay the following year. Boo.

Sorry if the answer is crass and short, but we have answered this a million times and continue to have to correct absolute nonsense like pay at 24.92 for 9 months.

Trans States Pilot CBA Section 3.I.4-6:
"4. A pilot who becomes qualified to perform duties in a higher paying position will be paid that higher rate upon completing his training, including initial operating experience.
5. When a pilot holding a full captain’s bid is assigned to first officer duties during any portion of the month, such pilot will be paid for all trips flown during the month at captain rates.
6. When a pilot holding a first officer bid is assigned to captain duties during any portion of the month, such pilot will be paid for all trips flown as captain at captain rates. When a captain qualified first officer flies trips as a first officer, he will be paid for all trips flown as a first officer at a rate equal to the average of the captain and first officer rate for that equipment (rounded up to the nearest cent)."
So your first 3 months in training are paid at 24.92 and the rest of the year will be paid at CQFO rates (from completion of OE).

But, i'm starting to wonder if the program in the pdf, advertised as the
"Professional Pilot Accelerated PIC Program" is different from the historic CQFO program which I assume they're referring to as the "Left Seat Direct Program" in the pamphlet.
Is there a pdf for the other program mentioned?

This shows how desperate you are. TSA pilots fought Gojet tooth and nail. If you had half a clue, you'd know our DO is a Comair guy and has nothing to do with Gojet. Go say this to the face of some of our Captains that have been screwed out of hundred of thousands by Gojet and see where it gets you.

At multiple steps, Trans States pays better than Expressjet and right in line with Skywest if not better. Nobody even really compares to AWAC's 50 seat rate. I can post the greater than 50 seat rates for you if you want me to compare against Horizon.
I have already posted almost all work rules earlier in this thread. After searching through some of the MOUs, only thing I have to add is Long Call/Short Call reserve rules. Would you like to compare? The reason Trans States is cheaper is just due to lower longevity of its employees. Its the same reason Compass is cheaper even though its rates aren't that far behind other carriers. Who do you think will be cheaper: a company with its average captain longevity at 10 years or one at 1-2 years?

Which contradicts what's stated in the PDF put out by the company...stating that you're paid your first 3 months (training) at the FO rate, and then serve as an FO for 6 months. After those six months (and after passing a left seat PC) you're paid at the CQFO rate for 3 months and then you begin year two at CQFO pay.

In all honesty **** off dude. We don't need you disgruntled ass holes anyway. If you, or your buddy, don't want to come here fine. We are getting applicants from all across the board and the planes aren't even here yet!
TSA pilots have posted the contract, and details of this growth to the ****ing T about 95 bagillion times. If you can't find the information on your own Tommy will come back there and hit you in the head with a tack hammer bc you are a RETARD.

If your interested, interview, if not let the ship sail and so be it, but to try to punch holes in it or find some catch. There is no catch.
