I'm on the American side at ASA/XJT. American travel benefits suck. You have to pay by the leg and it's a pain just to list. Much better to just jumpseat. United and American are both pretty particular about only extending benefits to those who support that system. Delta benefits are better than both of the others.

You seem to be the biggest TSA cheerleader on here, since your HR department refuses to answer emails and all communication is done via an automated email from AirlineApps, how many pilots are on your list right now? How many pilots are in class right now? About how many pilots will there be at the end of the growth? And what is your monthly attrition? Maybe you are right in your predictions but no one can answer the question of what happens in 6 months when the CQFO program is gone and the hiring for growth is done. Then you are just another regional with a contract that is among the worst in the industry.

I don't know how long the UAL or AA contracts are. All I've heard from mgmt is we've never signed a deal for less than 5 years.

Every pilot at TSA has UAL benefits. Right now, only STL based pilots have USAir travel benefits. Unsure of where the AA flying will be so it remains to be seen who will have AA benefits.
