Like any other regional airline, you need 1000 SIC time per FAA to upgrade. Further, some companies require a certain amount of time per insurance to upgrade.
Some pilots are coming in with the 1500, some with much more. Some are coming in with allowed reduced hours, say maybe 1000. If company requires 2500 or even 3500 TT then they may have 2 years as an FO before qualified.

Finally, I've been trying to say this.
Yes, but it is not back to straight FO pay. They will still be paid the blended rate, which will increase each year. If they were a downgraded street captain they go back to straight FO pay.
The chances of these CQFO's being pushed back to the right seat is very slim to begin with, and most will probably hold Captain by the summer anyway due to our lack of FO's that can upgrade.

You seem to be the biggest TSA cheerleader on here, since your HR department refuses to answer emails and all communication is done via an automated email from AirlineApps, how many pilots are on your list right now? How many pilots are in class right now? About how many pilots will there be at the end of the growth? And what is your monthly attrition? Maybe you are right in your predictions but no one can answer the question of what happens in 6 months when the CQFO program is gone and the hiring for growth is done. Then you are just another regional with a contract that is among the worst in the industry.
Hello,
Next year we are going to operate an additional 36 aircraft for United and 15 for American.
Thanks,
I can't do the math though.

sorry. my previous post wasn't even supposed to be directed to whoever I quoted. I actually don't work there. I can't answer that. my best guess is that United, yes; AA, not sure.
