My point is, has anything good happened at TSA in the last 10 years? You have perhaps the worst owner in the airline business. The "leadership" of the airline run the place like they are kings, and you are the peasants.
The whole regional airline industry sucks..and is getting worse by the day. Places that seemed bullet proof are now starting to get pinched. The race to the bottom is in full swing....

Of course I never thought we would get a TA before we died so who knows whats going on. The only thing I've learned is that stuff seems to always come out of left field with TSA....

It's no rumor about 9 planes going away by next year. There was a wind up to the full original 18 EMBs TSA was flying for UAL. Now there's going to be a steady winding down of that flying. By the end of next year 2012 9 EMBs will be gone. Sad but true. Funny about the pilot job update thing with gjets though.

I'm quite certain that most of us have all that time to upgrade. Most of us have sat in the right seat for so long at this airline, hearing every reserve captain tell us about how 1000 PIC is all that matters, then complain how they're on reserve. So we've all learned, get the PIC and GET OUT.
GoJet Pilots have rubbed it in our faces long enough that they get hired anywhere else with the 1000PIC.

We're all done with IOE and on the line now, pretty sure. Only five of us though with two being IAD-based.
