Anyone interviewed recently? What's the interview process? Written, oral, sim?

Default DEN anticipated to go senior

Denver will likely go senior, but you could probably still get it out of training. This is all speculation, of course. IAD will be the new Mecca base, with all of the American flying projected to go to DCA. Chicago will not grow.

The non growth for Chicago is related to United only. The company has made no announcements regarding the AA flying. Its possible all could go to DCA, but some could be in ORD as well.

Exactly! No announcements so who knows - just speculation on my end. Hoping we get more in ORD otherwise I'll have to transfer to another base.

I have been here since September 2013. I meet the requirements to upgrade. As for the standing bids right now, I have about 25 guys in front of me, if I count all the FO who are senior to me, but do not meet the requirement. I am number 68 for up grade. In about 2 days when the next upgrade class is notifed, I will know about the time I will upgrade. I should be in class around March or April.

I thought we took 7 United airplanes the first two months total and then it trickled down after that? No one seems to know he true delivery schedule. It would be nice to know when they anticipate the Denver base to be running at full capacity.

When I was there a few weeks ago, there was none of that for the CQFOs. If you were coming in as a normal FO, they had a written. The oral is basically a one on one and they just get to know you.
