Yeah you stay on the blended rates. But you're an FO till you can upgrade, which could be awhile.

Mike and Laura are telling CQFO who are interviewing that the first 150-200 that come in will only sit right seat maybe 2 months before becoming a full captain.

Again, this is what they're telling people.

Personally I don't see that happening, since we are getting only what two birds a month? If we are getting more than five a month yeah I could see that. Most of our FO on property should be able to upgrade by summer and I haven't seen much urgency to upgrade by the company. Worse case scenario you sit reserve and get captain pay.

Thanks
We use the old US Airways uniforms. Mesa and Republic use them as well.

I was address what would happen if you were awarded a regular bid to Captain, and then were forced to downgrade for some reason in the future. That's what I was told but if Mike is saying that he probably knows more about it than I do. None of this is in the contract.

Starting in March we get at least 4 aircraft a month till November.

The delivery schedule is:
2 United in February
4 United in March
Afterwards 2 American and 2.5 United a month until all deliveries complete.
