That's not what I asked.... I heard that a CQFO can get bumped down to regular FO position (pay-wise as well). Lets say someone get hired as CQFO, then the company upgrade enough regular FOs to CAs, the newly hired CQFO will get bumped to regular FO position. Is that's true?

Just ignore these guys. Nothing is going to be good enough for them. If you are hired as a CQFO in the near future you will upgrade fully into the left seat within a year. After that you're not stuck at the bottom of the captain list forever.

Yep Envoy as put the word out. Just waiting for something from the company. 15 Aircraft for now, heard it could grow if we can staff to at least 30. So for those of you in Rio Linda, TSA is looking at a potential of growing to 125 aircraft from 29. Do the numbers folks. Get here fast. Company announcement should come at any time.

This is wayy too much growth. It's going to backfire on them. I hope they know what they're doing. They might be able to poach a small percentage of regional guys but that's not a strategy.

It's working at PSA and Mesa. Why can't it work elsewhere? The number of planes flying around is not changing, just which operation is flying them. Where do you think the pilots came from at PSA?
