Ugrade as soon as you meet minimums, reserve will be short. When we were getting United deliveries in 2013 some guys were on reserve two to four weeks and some held a line right out of class. Hard to say till the planes start coming, but I would expect either a Denver or Dulles base.

No it won't. Last week I saw the groups that were interviewing and there were plenty of ExpressJet, Envoy, Endeavor and Republic guys there. Thought we would have to use a bonus to lure people, but with what I saw of the interview group we will have plenty of interest.

Like I said, there are a few that this could be a great deal for. But for most it's not..and they are fools to chase the upgrade.. (uncertain upgrade) You will get those few early on..

That's not what I asked.... I heard that a CQFO can get bumped down to regular FO position (pay-wise as well). Lets say someone get hired as CQFO, then the company upgrade enough regular FOs to CAs, the newly hired CQFO will get bumped to regular FO position. Is that's true?
