Just want to say that while I'm glad we are getting more aircraft, it pains me that this comes at the expense of a great pilot group at ExpressJet. Hopefully if we need Street Captains or guys that can upgrade fast, ALPA can swing some kind of deal with the company to give ExpressJet guys expedited interviews and preferential hiring.

What gets really interesting is TSA Holdings will be hiring right around 100 pilots a month across all three certificates next summer between Compass, Trans States, and Go Jet.

I've heard grumblings that they will have to hire street captains to keep up with the growth. Any TSA guys hearing that?
