UAL leases and then subleases to us. Semantics I know but the point remains. We have 8 year FOs and seeing fellow ALPA members getting excited over undercutting us leaves a bad taste. Especially with ya'lls experience with GoJet.

Not that I would be unsympathetic to you guys losing flying; but this (if even true) would be nothing like the GoJet situation circa 2004.

I feel your emotions man, I really do. 6 1/2 year FO here, but your logic is way off. Plus, Skywest doesn't even want the contract anymore cause it is such a loser. So, it is less us taking it and more Skywest dumping it.

I wouldn't say our contact it the best around. Above industry average? Yes. But it is not as good as express jet. We have been making improvements around here for years. We did not vote in concessions to get any kind of new flying

Just to be clear, I'm not accusing you guys of undercutting via concessions. We just have a higher cost structure and that's a fact of life. It just seems some here are a little too excited to be flying the almighty XR.
