I've never had a non TSA instructor. But some guys in my class had some FSI guys that worked for TSA and are familiar with TSA. Reserve depends on movement. Supposedly more upgrades for Fall and attrition is expected to pick up, but for now it could be a while. However, were are still hiring and continuing to upgrade so if more planes arrive it may be shorter. Hard to say right now.

We are 20% overstaffed. Nothing to see with the plane returned from South America at the Hangar (its for spare parts if you want to believe that). And we are working on new flying.

Did they talk about the IAD draw down? Going from 8 regionals to 4. I wonder who is staying and who is going. Besides ASA which has already been announced.

They won't be able to staff it even if we got leftover 50 seat flying, they should be focusing on merging the certificates.

Mesa is pulling their Chicago flying into Dulles, so they are staying (for now).
