I know we all don't think very highly of management but I don't think they are completely stupid. The first airline to furlough during a "shortage" when other airlines are begging for pilots might as well just close up shop and they have to know it. From what I've heard, their sister company GoJet isn't hiring at nearly the pace of TSA. I'd guess something is in the works there.

Hey guys I have read many of the posts on this thread and what I gather is this is a very difficult place to work. What I do not understand is this: Stop *****ing, and quit. Go to another company that would suit you better. I understand that some at the Regionals may need PIC Turbine time for some company's requirements. A lot of companies could careless. Now, if you are just swinging the gear and *****ing your butt off waiting for your chance to play Captain, do yourself a favor and get out NOW. All companies upgrade and you will get your chance there. I am sorry if this offends anyone, but I have been in this business for a minute or two. Management doesn't believe in unions and they don't take prisoners. Good luck to all.
