No not yet. I just think they're worried about not having enough qualified FO's to upgrade. They're trying to make a list so they know what they can expect going forward. Right now they're only upgrading two for February and March because they don't have enough FO's to back fill but they are planning on going back to 10 a month when they can. The standing bid list for CA doesn't look like it can handle that kind of movement at the moment.

I heard none in march and maybe 2 in April or May.... Makes sense. Look at the list. Plenty of CA rsv coverage and zippy on FO side....
