I think you can say that about every regional airline. If you aren't within 5-10 years to retirement and you get the call you'd be nuts not to go based on the last five years in this business. No long term job security at the regionals.

No invite, I have 4 friends that have started there in the past 6 months, one has written me a letter of recommendation and walked in my resume. Grandma always said a squeaky wheel gets oiled.

I applied over two years ago, didn't accept the interview and for some reason they still send me interview invitations about once per 6 months.

I don't know man I get an email almost every month and I've even contacted them back with a "thanks but no thanks." Sounds like they need to re-focus their recruitment efforts. I'm current 121 that's the only difference I can think of.

Hello, received an email to interview. Don't mean to be lazy by not thumbing through the last 359 pages but can someone give the latest on how it is to work there?
Thanks in advance..

I'm not sure why you are not getting an invite. I applied in July after I hit atp mins with a internal rec and started in August.

Not sure what is going on, I have no checkride failures and a clean record, I'm definitely learning patience.
