I had an interview setup with them next week but I decided to go ahead and cancel based on what I've been hearing from my peers in the industry.

You didn't even hear what they had to say? Go to any regional (or major for that matter) and there are guys who will tell you their place sucks. Most of the TSA guys I've talked to are quite happy right now with the way things are going. There are a lot of guys who scared TSA fo's into leaving who would now be captains, but are now starting over at other regionals with the same issues they had before. Which airline did they suggest that would make you happy for the duration of your regional career?

Then why even post anything on here? Been at TSA about a year now, came in with very low expectations due to all the negativity online, but things are actually relatively good here(keeping in mind it is still a regional airline). Your loss though, enjoy your 6yr upgrades elswhere

That's not the only reason I opted out of the interview. I'm just not ready. I recently got my MEI and will have ATP mins in two weeks but I have just shy of 50 mult.
