Wow!

Filler.
Which is great for the guys hired 3-6 months ago. Means nothing for someone hired today. Isn't most of the hiring for the new planes pretty much done? I heard any future upgrades would basically be for attrition, not growth.... How many were in the class on April 8? Anyone know?

I would say hiring is no where near done. That short staffed flying out of IAD is with only 2 new planes on property not all 7. Can't fill classes, can't pass classes. This is still before the mythical mainline hiring boom.

When are the other 5 supposed to be on property? Anyone know?

How is it possible after all this time that there are still pilots there with not enough time to upgrade?

Not to speak from experience, but when you sit on the sidelines for half your career on furlough or the other half on reserve, might be kind of hard to accumulate time.

What are the times? Are they looking at hours on property? Or total hours?

Both. But, forget what they are. Don't quote me, but 4000TT, 1000 multi-turbine, and 100 in specific plane (E-145) sounds familiar...

Yeah, the hiring for the new planes is nowhere near done. They've already said they're about 2 classes behind where they'd like to be with only 2 planes online... They're getting 2 more per month until the rest of the 7 are online. So they need A LOT more pilots.
