I see. Well hopefully everything gets sorted out soon. It would definitely be in everyone's best interest. Trans states holdings seems to be growing and doing OK as a whole, I don't see why all the subsidiaries shouldn't as well.

Anyone got any tips for getting thru training? I heard its tough. What do most people struggle with?

It's not tough it's just that they don't teach you anything, you're on your own. And plus they're looking to fail you, they're not there to help. And you also need luck, there's no standards. Lots of good pilots have busted for really no rhyme or reason.

I guess one should consider themselves lucky if not being offered a position. The attitude of the personals that interview asides from Kathy is highly atrocious.

Why would they waste money training you if they are only looking to fail you, that makes no sense at all. Is training at tsa that much harder than it is at other companies? Does anyone have a breakdown on what its like? Inquiring minds want to know.

They ain't trying to fail nobody. But they ain't exactly trying to give the farm away neither. Study the books, know as much as you can, ask questions, be humble and go in there with a positive attitude. No one likes a cocky brass pole.
