Historical. My class was 75-80% washout. Like I said before, 2 washed out, 2 were forced to quit, and a few others quit before the sim, after the oral. 
Oh well... I quit, by choice, because of the simulator instructor(s), or lack of instructor shall I say. The sim instructors made some pretty rude comments while in the box, and a few of them was about my family... That's where I drew the line, walked into our Director of Trainings' room, let him know what had happened, and he was quite ****ed. He called that instructor, the instructor laughed and agreed like it was some kind of joke. All of our instructors were company instructors, not FSI instructors. That's all I'll say publicly. You have my number (I think). If not PM me and i'll give it.

Small pilot group, new flying, new contract. Its a regional, dont know if any regional is ever safer than another but I feel like we are doing well at the moment. Just make sure if you come that you study, be humble and work hard. They will work with people that show they want to be here, if you have a bad additude or think you feel entitled to the job and show up for sim or groundschool like that they will send you home. They want good people and good pilots. You will find with a good additude and hard work a pass is easially made, and the pilot group will be happy to welcome aboard! Good luck in your decision!

Thank you so much for your comment , yes I will start on 04/08/13 , I'm studying Memory items and Limitations , I have a good feeling about it !! After checkride are there some days off ? , it's just planning for moving , Thanks
