Small pilot group, new flying, new contract. Its a regional, dont know if any regional is ever safer than another but I feel like we are doing well at the moment. Just make sure if you come that you study, be humble and work hard. They will work with people that show they want to be here, if you have a bad additude or think you feel entitled to the job and show up for sim or groundschool like that they will send you home. They want good people and good pilots. You will find with a good additude and hard work a pass is easially made, and the pilot group will be happy to welcome aboard! Good luck in your decision!

Thank you so much for your comment , yes I will start on 04/08/13 , I'm studying Memory items and Limitations , I have a good feeling about it !! After checkride are there some days off ? , it's just planning for moving , Thanks

Know those Limitations and Memory items like the back of your hand. They are important for the oral, particularly if you are doing the ATP in initial. After your checkride, you do LOFT next day and go meet with training dept. Once they send your stuff to crew records, the company can send you on OE with 24 hours notice, although you usually get a couple of days off depending on Check Airman availability. In short, be ready to head on OE within 24 hours of finishing the sim, but it is likely to be a few days, and if you have an issue like moving they will usually work with you, although they don't have to.

And yes, a good attitude goes a long way. Any questions PM me. I just finished training and my ATP/type in initial.
