They must really need people bad, they have the recruiting number listed on the orange site. Anyone have any idea how this might affect the upgrade time?

In a few months it looks like the most junior captain will be around October 2012 new hire (some comair guys that have the time). After that upgrades will be dependent on attrition.

It's 3,500hrs TT, 1,000hrs in type, and an ATP w/E145 type (non-specific on pic or sic). I'll tell you what though, that little asterisk (*) next to the 3,500 means that the director of ops who (who came from comair, btw) can waive that to whatever they set forth... I can tell you now they'd rather upgrade someone with a waived restriction, and ATP cert, and a PIC type who has already been with the company for "X" amount of years before putting someone through training with an SIC type. Everyone going through now (myself included) who doesn't have an ATP or a type will walk out of that sim session with an ATP and a PIC type in the E145. Go scratch your head on that one.... My captain upgrade (provided I pass the oral/sim first) will be an AQP checkout... that's it.

Is the double occupancy confirmed for initial? When are you put into CASS and approved for travel? Whats the training schedule like? How quickly are guys getting to the line? Are STL and IAD up for grabs?
