Tsa, capt pay at sliver is around 5 bucks less than 6 year fo pay here, plus there's the training contract thing, for me in the long run it just wouldn't make much sense! Not to say that its not a great option for a lot of others, my situation won't allow it

Yep, not that I'm not trying like hell to leave though! The time is ticking away here, and the clock starts to run out around a year from now....sure we ate understaffed at the moment, however a year from now when we still haven't been awarded any new flying we will begin to lay off just like we have on the past, this place is depressing, this industry really sucks for having a life and a family
