You would not be the first person to walk out of training for another position. As if it will effect your PRIA... that's an HR question idk.

A bunch of guys in my class did just that. They got the type and then bailed and went to Compass/ExpressJet/Republic. Not uncommon here, so it seems.

I worked at TSA. I now collect unemployment. I prefer collecting unemployment and making progress toward my new career outside of aviation. I'm almost equally financially unstable on unemployment and actually have a life while I go to school full time. It's really pretty amazing.

I noticed a lot of mid senority FOs have reserve lines this month and the bottom have lines, this common? Guys who live in base bidding reserve and working second jobs or something?

So how long of a tenture is "mid-level FO"? Just wondering how long to expect to on reserve based in STL....I start class next month

It could be anywhere from 1 month to 5 years.. You will be on reserve until we get growth or enough FO's upgrade or quit.

If you are predicting the future based on the past, then any attempt from management to secure flying will fail.
