Yes...that is where new wipes are supposed to go. Not used sani wipes...I've seen less used wetnaps after a family of fourteen had a rib dinner than are in some of these planes. Its just funny how full of trash those compartments get when there is a trash bag just over our shoulders. Thrilled to put my jeps in there the other day only to pull them out with half a muffin stuck to the pages.
