Bonus was supposed to end with the new pay rates, but KS said the company would honor the bonus promised to new hires even with the new pay rates. However with the new rates at Republic and with everyone increasing first year pay, I don't expect it to be gone long.

Jesus H Dicks.

This thread and every other RJ thread on here make me so, so so glad that I never went to a regional. You little girls keep arguing about which airline sucks the least and I'll keep trying to avoid APC.

It is DOH + 6 months and successful completion of IOE. Not IOE plus 6 months.
The way it is written is very confusing.
I'm assuming they put that like that in case you get hired and due to training delays or anything of that sort after 6 months you still have not finished IOE then you wouldn't get the bonus until your IOE is completed.

Anyone have any info on the new TA that alpa mentioned in my most recent ALPA email? It said double digit raises and since you guys were one of the first to have raised and contract language improvements in the last couple years I would love to see what you guys and gals came up with this time around. Good luck and thanks!

Go look at the Commutair thread...that's got a lot of mainline people in there too...get off your high horse...

And this is nothing compared to the US Airways East vs West, some of the Continental vs United, and the brawl over at AA....

I know right, its like a college rivalry in here only less friendly. I always said i was sad i missed a "traditional college experience" but then i came to a regional and read apc.

Honestly though this forum represents the minority at tsa. Most of our pilots are professionals who love what they do and dont get swept up in this interairline rivalry that brings the industry down for everyone.

So just like i hope prospective new hires dont make the choice bassed off what they see here i hope people dont judge trans states pilots in general from what they see here. We have an excellent and professional pilot group with a select few bad apples just like every where else.

Those bad apples just choose to express themselves online.

Fellow TSA'ers, could we just leave it at "I'm an employee, not true" when one of the trolls takes a dump here? Or say nothing - what do u think when u read an assretion on a thread and no one rebutts it and the posts go on about their bisness - I think, gee that guy must be full of crap. The pages of back and forth do nothing to convince either party.

Of course, none of that will ever happen - but it was nice visualizing utopia for a moment.
Well said. FWIW I plan to post the answers to my questions once I've gotten them. Didn't want to clutter up the thread with several questions.

aaaand THAT is why things keep devolving to an argument. Thanks tlewis95 for your perspective.

Is this bonus for qualified FOs or for CQFOs as well?
I ask because I interviewed and got offered a job and there was no talk of bonuses...

Thanks SD
